Blac Chyna is reportedly eyeing legal action against ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian after he posted her naked photos on Twitter and Instagram.
“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” attorney Walter Mosley said in a statement to People.
Kardashian began the social media meltdown Wednesday morning by posting naked photos on Instagram that he claimed were of Chyna.
“This is from Chyna yesterday to me,” he captioned one of the photos.
“I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”
He also accused Chyna of cheating on him in a later outburst in which he claimed she had an affair in his own bed.
“My bed that my child lays in and she gave the robes I got to all her dudes in my house that I pay for,” he wrote. “Lol smh.”
Instagram blocked Kardashian’s account after several hours.
“At Instagram we value maintaining a safe and supportive space for our community and we work to remove reported content that violates our guidelines,” a spokesperson said in a statement to the Daily News.
He moved to Twitter after being blocked on Instagram and re-posted the same photos, but those too were removed.
Multiple high-end attorneys told the Daily News that Kardashian could face jail time because he violated California’s revenge porn law, which includes distributing private images of an “intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an image of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation” resulting in emotional distress.
Kardashian and Chyna began dating in January 2016 and were engaged three months later. Daughter Dream was born in November.
