Since 2006 I’ve been doing investigate in a Northern Rocky Mountains on how food-web relations between wolves, elk, and a dishes elk eat figure whole ecosystems. In this work, my colleagues and we have been collaborating with landowners who are mostly ranchers, and with federal, state, and provincial land managers, charge organizations, and Indigenous communities. Over a years, a investigate has grown into an Earthwatch Institute-funded partnership with Waterton Lakes National Park and a Kainai First Nation that includes a third force of nature—bison. Citizen science, a heading of all Earthwatch projects, is executive to a project, Restoring Fire, Wolves, and Bison to a Canadian Rockies.
