Eula Crowell, mother of Biloxi NAACP President James Crowell, III, and others applause in support as a Biloxi City Council votes unanimously in preference of changing an aged bidding that referred to a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday as ”Great Americans Day”, on Jan. 16 in Biloxi, Mississippi. The city now strictly recognizes a third Monday of Jan any year as ”Birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.”
